摘要
在充分考虑灌水器流道边界条件以及各种微尺度因素影响的前提下 ,应用流体力学的一般原理分析灌水器微小流道中流体流态特征 ,并且利用N -S(Navier-Stokes)方程描述灌水器微内流场 ,建立微小流道中流体k -ε紊流模型 ,通过对模型求解得到流场压力、速度分布 ,可视化了微小流道中流体的复杂流动 ,数字化的实验模型有效地减少了实物实验的次数 ,实现了高性能灌水器低成本。
The characteristics of liquid fluid state in the micro channel of emitter are analyzed by applying the general principle of fluid mechanics under the precondition of sufficiently considering the effects of boundary conditions in the emitter and all kinds of micro scale factors. N-S (Navier Stokes) equation is used to describe the micro internal flow field, and the fluid turbulent k ε model of the micro channel is proposed. The complicated movement of fluid flow in the micro channel is visualized through resolution of the model to estimate the distributions of pressure and speed in the fluid field. Numerical visualization of experiment model can reduce the times of actual experiment, and can realize low cost and high efficiency development of high quality emitter.
