摘要 在热力模拟实验机Gleeble-3800上,对GCr15钢进行了单道次压缩实验,研究了其热变形行为。变形温度从950℃到1150℃范围变化,应变率从1s-1到10s-1范围变化。采用双曲正弦方程描述了GCr15钢的峰值流变应力与Ze-ner-Hollomon参数的关系,方程中变形激活能的大小和其他常数采用回归分析得到。同时还得到了峰值应变方程以及流变应力模型,流变应力模型模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好。 The behavior of thermal deformation of GCr15 steel had been investigated by single-stage compression tests on Gleeble-3800 thermal-mechanical simulator. The deformation temperature ranged from 950℃ to 1150℃,and the strain rate ranged from 1s^-1 to 10s^-1. A hyperbolic sine equation was employed to describe the relationship between the peak stress and Zener- Hollomon parameter,in which the activation energy of deformation and other constants were obtained using regression analysis. Meanwhile,the equation for peak strain and the model of flow stress were also obtained. It is shown that the predicted results of the flow stress equation are good agreement with the experimental data.
