摘要
用Gleeble-1500D热模拟压缩试验对7050铝合金高温流变和动态再结晶行为进行研究。结果表明:综合考虑温度和应变速率对动态再结晶的影响,得到动态再结晶峰值应变方程εp=0.015427×ε0.06081·exp(15319/RT),峰值应变与临界应变的关系εc=0.72εp,从而为有限元数值模拟和热加工工艺提供理论和数据参考。
The hot deformation behavior and dynamic recrystallization of 7050 aluminum alloy were investigated on Glee- ble-1500D thermal/mechanical simulator. The results show that the peak strain equation of dynamic recrystallization is εp=0.015 427×ε 0.060 81 exp(15 319/RT). exp(15 319/RT)with the consideration of temperature and stress rate, and the relation between peak strain and critical strain is εc=0.72εp , which provides the theoretical and data reference for finite element analysis and thermal processing.
