摘要
研究了三种预应力下不同热冲击速率T对A3钢力学性能的影响.结果表明:预应力不变时,产生 0.2%塑性变形的温度 T0.2随 logT线性增大; T不变时, T0.2随预应力增大线性减小;讨论了不同预应力下热冲击速率T对 A3钢微观组织变化特性的影响推导出了快速加热下的非弹性应变方程.
The strength of A3 steel at different heating rates T and under different pre-stress was studied. The result showed that the temperature T0.2 at which produces 0.2% plastic strain increased linearly with logT when q was constant, and the temperature of T0.2 decreased linearly with the increase of pre-stress when the heating rate was constant. The heating rate strongly affected the changes in internal microstructure under different pre-stress, i.e., recrystallization, grain growth, and recovery. An inelastic strain equation at various heating rates and under some pre-stress was derived.
