摘要
研究了双相钢在温成形中,处于不完全动态再结晶阶段的晶粒尺寸模型。基于静态再结晶晶粒尺寸模型创建了新的晶粒尺寸模型。分别考虑发生动态再结晶的晶粒尺寸和未发生动态再结晶的晶粒尺寸,根据两者在材料中所占比例综合得到平均晶粒尺寸的预测模型。并成功地预测了在不同拉伸温度、不同应变速率下的温拉伸实验的晶粒尺寸。
In the dual-phase steel warm forming, the grain size model in the incomplete dynamic recrystallization was studied. And a new grain size model was created based on the static recrystallization grain size model. The grain sizes which is in dynamic recrystallization and isn't in dynamic recrystallization were considered, according to the proportion of the two type of grains, the average grain size model was got. The grain sizes of warm tension test materials with different temperature and strain rate were correctly forecasted.
