摘要
本文从民营中小企业人才流失严重的现状出发,剖析了企业待遇、管理制度、人才理念和人才发展空间四个方面的人才流失的组织原因,并着重探讨了加大人力资本投资、进行科学的薪酬设计、实施参与式管理和加强员工的职业生涯开发等人力资源保留策略。
This article analyzes four organizational causes of brain-strain phenomena in medium-and small-sized enterprises: compensation,management systems,idea about the intellectual and space for individual development.The author also argues the tactics of retaining human resource in these enterprises such as improving investment on intellect capital,designing scientific compensation system,applying participation management,and emphasizing career development.
