摘要
电针动物阳陵泉、曲泉穴,以成纤维细胞成长因子(FGF)与转化生长因子β(TGFβ)含量、成纤维细胞数量的病理切片显示等为观测指标,研究电针对损伤的膝关节内侧副韧带(MCL)的影响,从分子生物学角度揭示电针治疗MCL损伤的作用机制,进而阐述针灸治疗经筋病变的作用机理。
The Yanglingquan point and ququan point of the animal were treated with electric needling, the content of FGF and TGFβ , the pathologic expression of fibroblast were taken as observation index, in order to study the effect of electric needling on MCL. Mechanism of electric needling treating on MCL injury was discussed in the article, so as to explain the mechanism of acupuncture on treating meridian diseases.
