摘要
我院从1982年～1992年应用髂胫束包裹碳纤维作膝交叉韧带重建18例,术后观察半年～9年,平均3.4年。随访1年以上的15例,优12例,良2例,可1例,优良率为93.3％。文中详述了手术方法并对髂胫束包裹碳纤维的优点作了讨论。
From 1982~1992,18 cases of ruptured cruciate ligaments of knee were reconstructed with iliotibial bands covering carbon-fibre. Follow-up for 6 months to 9 years with a average of 3. 4 years. 15 cases follow-up over 1 year, function result revealed excellent in 12 cases, good in 2 cases, fair in case. Operative procedures are described in detail and discussed the excellence of this method in this paper.
