摘要
针对现有动力总成悬置系统6自由度的不足,建立了动力总成-整车悬置系统的13自由度数学模型。分析比较了6自由度模型与13自由度模型包括固有频率在内的振动特性的区别,并运用MATLAB/Simulink建立了仿真模型,在模型中对优化结果进行了虚拟仿真,结果表明所优化的参数可以有效地提高悬置的隔振效果,所建立的模型可用作优化设计的虚拟样机平台。
Considering the weakness of a 6-DOF model of a powertrain mounting system,a 13-DOF model is proposed here.The vibration characteristics of the two models are compared and analyzed.Furthermore,a simulation model is built with MATLAB/Simulink and the simulation results show that the parameters obtained with the 13-DOF model can be used to improve the vibration isolation effectively.
