摘要
通过发动机振动时的动能和势能建立某车型动力总成悬置系统的自由振动微分方程,测取动力总成悬置系统基本参数,利用MATLAB求解出系统固有频率及固有振型,并对动力总成悬置系统进行激振实验验证。为实现某车型动力系统的各振动模态的解耦,避开共振区,合理地分配该车型的动力总成悬置系统的固有频率提供了理论依据。
By means of obtaining engine vibration of the kinetic and potential energy, differential equations of powertrain mounting system free vibration of some model vehicle was established . Through measurement of the basic parameters of powertrain mounting system, the solution of natural frequency was obtained by MATLAB, then an experiment of induced vibrations about the system was carried out to verify the results. It provided a theoretical basis for realizing the power system vibration mode decoupling, avoiding resonance and distributing the natural frequency of this vehicle powertrain mounting systems rationally.
