摘要
针对可门电厂1 913 t/h锅炉燃烧神华煤过程中出现的结渣和积灰问题进行了分析,探讨了结渣与神华煤煤质特性的内在联系,介绍了神华煤结渣机理和预防措施,重点从锅炉运行调整(如过量空气系数、磨煤机运行方式、二次风门调整、煤粉细度控制等)方面对防止结渣的主要技术特点进行了深入分析,为燃烧神华煤机组预防锅炉结渣和积灰提供了参考意见。
In allusion to burn shenhua bituminite in Kemen Power Plant's 1913t/h boiler, this paper analyzed the problems of slagging and fouling, and tried to explore the inherent relationship between shenhua bituminite and these problems. The mechanism of slagging coursed by burning Shenhua coal and the prevention measures were intro- duced. The research focused on the main technical characteristics of the prevention methods which are based on the boiler adjustment (such as excess air coefficient, mill operation pattern, secondary air throttle adjustment, pulverized coal fineness control ), The purpose here is to provide some suggestions about prevention boiler for slagging and fouling damage.
