摘要
在280 MW负荷工况下,对某电厂6号烟煤锅炉掺烧褐煤的可行性进行试验,研究褐煤掺烧比例对磨煤机运行方式、排烟温度、NOx排放浓度以及锅炉热效率的影响。结果表明,掺烧褐煤后,锅炉的出力受到了一定限制;随着褐煤掺烧比例的增大,锅炉排烟温度与NOx排放浓度呈现先增大后减小的趋势;锅炉热效率呈下降趋势。
Under operating condition of a 280 MW,the feasibility of mixedly burning lignitous coal into bituminous coal fired boiler no.6 at one power plant has been tested,the influence of proportioning ratio change for mixedly burning lignitous coal upon the operation mode of coal pulverizer,the temperature of discharged flue gas,the concentration of NOx emission,and the efficiency of boiler being studied.Results of test show that the output capacity of boiler has been certainly limited during mixedly burning ligitous coal;the temperature of discharged flue gas and the concentration of NOx emission have tendency of firstly increasing and then decreasing as the proportioning ratio of mixedly buring lignitous coal being increased;the thermal efficiency of boiler has a tendency of decrease.
