摘要
燃煤发电机组锅炉结渣问题较为突出 ,洛阳分公司热电站的一台B&WB2 2 0 - 9.81-M煤粉炉开工3年来 ,已发生多次结焦堵塞冷灰斗或堵塞高温过热器的停炉事故。文章分析了燃煤锅炉结渣的原因和危害 ,并从燃煤特性、炉膛设计和燃烧组织。
The boiler of coal-fired power generator is subject to severe slag-bonding. One of B & WB220-9.81-M coal-fired boiler in the thermal power plant of Luoyang Petrochemical Complex have had to shutdown many times because of the coke blocking of cooled ash hopper and high-temperature superheater since it was commissioned 3 years ago. The causes and hazard of slag-bonding in the boiler are analyzed and preventive measures are presented in respect of properties of coal, design of furnace chamber, organization of combustion and boiler ash blowing.
