摘要
对不同孵化时期黄河湿地野鸭蛋壳钙、磷含量进行测定,结果显示:不同孵化阶段蛋壳钙、磷含量的变化具有一定的规律性。胚胎早期(0~16胚龄):蛋壳钙、磷含量变化不显著;胚胎中后期(>16胚龄):钙含量降低趋势明显,持续至28胚龄,磷含量变化从8胚龄开始,16胚龄达最大峰值,以后逐渐降低;胚胎后期(22~28胚龄)基本保持不变。孵化期各胚龄蛋壳中钙、磷比例也呈规律性变化,并且和胚后发育阶段有明显不同。
Measurement of the contents of calcium, phosphorus,and potassium inside the mallard eggshell in the marah of the Yellow river during different periods of its hatching indicates that the change of the contents of its nutritional ingredients presents a certain law. The contents of calcium and phosphorus in eggshell change relatively slightly at the beginning,and then from the 16^th embryonic age the calcium content reduces suddenly till the 28^th embryonic age. Whereas the phosphorus content rises from the 8^th EA and reaches its highest point at the 16^th EA,afterwards it gradually reduces. There is a relatively stable period in the 22^th to 28^th EA. Simultaneously,the proportion of calcium to phosphorus in the mallard eggshell also assumes regular variation,and it is distinct from that in the late embryonic stages of development of the mallard. In addition, the content of potassium presents a downward tendency.
