摘要 对仙湖肉鸭胚胎及其头与四肢部分性状的重量和长度进行了测定与分析。结果表明,不同性状有着各自不同的生长发育规律,并表现出明显的不平衡性。生长强度表现为前期强后期弱的趋势。胚重的生长速度随着胚龄的增加而增加。头重、前肢和后肢重以及胚长、前肢、后肢、胫和第三趾长的生长速度表现为正态分布的变化趋势。头长、眼泡直径和喙长在分化出现后,立即进入快速生长阶段,在第8~12胚龄之后生长速度减缓。在第8~26胚龄期间,头为早熟部位,前肢和后肢为晚熟部位,前肢的重量生长先于后肢。 The weight and length of the embryo itself and the head and four limbs of Xianhu meat duck were measured and analyzed. The results showed that different traits had different growth patterns themselves with distinct unbalance. The growth pressures of all traits had a tendency to be strong in early stage and weak in later stage. The .growth rates of body weight sped up with the embryo development. The absolute growth of the head weight, forelimb weight, hind limb weight, body length, forelimb length, hind limb length, shin length and the third toe length showed a pattern of normal distribution. After the head, eye and beak emerged, their length growth rates rose rapidly, and then dropped after the 8th-12th hatching day. During the 8th-26th hatching days, the growth rates of forelimb weight and hind limb weight were larger than that of the embryo body, but that of head weight was smaller. The weight growth of forelimb was in advance of the hind limb.
