摘要
开发了一种基于电流闭环反馈控制的数控直流恒流源,介绍了该恒流源电路的详细设计思路.该系统主要利用数字信号控制器dsPIC30F4012作为核心控制部件,文中给出了设计的硬件电路和软件流程.实验结果表明,在10~2000mA的电流范围内,该恒流源能够达到1mA的恒流精度或更高.该电路调整方便,控制精度高,稳定性能好,纹波系数小,具有广泛的应用前景.
A DC constant current power supply circuit based on current closed-loop feedback control is brought forward in this paper and how to design the circuit is also emphatically introduced. Digital Signal Controller dsPIC30F4012 was used as a controller, and hardware architecture and software flowchart were provided. And the design have 1 mA or higher precision within the current of 1042 000 mA. The results of experiments show that the circuit is convenient to be adjusted and has high accuracy of control, good stability, low ripple quotient and prosperous future of application.
