摘要
介绍了以高性能dsPIC30F4012芯片为核心的无刷直流电动机控制系统的硬件设计和实现,全面分析研究无刷直流电动机运行原理的基础上,阐述了无刷直流电动机的控制策略以及软件实现方法。实验表明,该系统结构简单紧凑,控制精度高,具有良好的静态和动态性能,尤其可应用于伺服机构、机电一体化的调速设备中。
The hardware design and implementation of brushless DC motor control system based on high performance dsPIC30F4012 was introduced in this paper,and on the basis of fully analyzing and studying the running mode of the BLD- CM, the control theories and realizable methods of software were explained in detail. Experimental results show that the sys- tem has a simple and compact structure, high control precision and good dynamic and static characteristics, especially when applied in speed control devices of servo organizations and mechanical and electrical integration.
