摘要
提出一种新型逆变桥自举驱动方法。将逆变桥驱动电路的电源叠加在桥路母线电压之上,使桥路上部开关管驱动电路产生恒定电流,流经负载和桥路下部开关管到桥路的地形成回路。恒定电流形成桥路开关管的栅-源电压去控制桥路电流。上部、下部开关管的驱动电路可以只使用一套电源。可使产品减小体积,降低成本,提高可靠性;可以扩展其工作的频率范围。分析了电路的工作原理,给出了仿真结果和实验结果。
A new inverter boot strap driving circuit is put forward. This circuit can add inverter driving
circuit electrical source to bridge circuit generatrix's voltage. It can create steady current on the top
switch transistors of the bridge circuit. The current links with bridge circuit's ground through the load
and the bottom switch transistors. Meanwhile it forms the circuit. The steady current form the G-S
voltage of the MOSFET switch transistors and it controls MOSFET switch transistors current of the
bridge circuit. The circuit can use a suit of electrical source on driving circuit of the top switch transis-
tors and the bottom ones. This new circuit can let the products reduce their volume and cost, improve
their reliability and let them work in a wide frequency range. Through analyzing the operating
theory of this circuit. We elicit the simulated results and the experimental results.
