摘要
植酸酶作为一种新型酶制剂,添加于食品和饲料中,能消除植酸引起的抗营养作用,提高蛋白质和矿物质的生物利用率。本文综述有关植酸酶的特性和作用机理、影响植酸酶活性因素以及对蛋鸡的生理生化指标的影响的研究。
Phytases are new enzyme preparation. The addition of feed and food can resolve the antinutrition of phytic acid and increase the bioavailablity of protein and minerals. The progresses in the recent studies related to characteristics,mechanism of action,effect factors and physio-biochemistry of phytase on layers were reviewed.
