摘要
文章从主住推进的角度探讨语篇翻译的理论和实践,认为翻译研究和翻译实践中应当关注语篇中所呈现的主位推进模式及其体现出的语篇效果,在可能的情况下应当尽量保留源语语篇的主位推进模式;当无法直接保留原文的主位推进模式时.必须在译语语篇中重建原文的主位推进模式以再现原文的语篇信息结构和整体语篇效果。
This paper probes into textual translation from the perspective of Thematic Progression （TP） and holds that patterns of TP and their textual effects should be taken into consideration in translation studies and translation practice. If possible, patterns of TP in the source text should be maintained in the target text; ff impossible, appropriate adaptations should be made concerning patterns of TP in order to keep the information structure and overall textual effect of the source text.
