摘要
目的利用超临界CO2流体法从红豆杉中提取分离紫杉醇。方法用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定萃取物中紫杉醇含量。结果粒径为0.25~0.45mm的红豆杉枝叶在27.6MPa,31℃下,以甲醇为夹带剂和吸收液进行萃取时,在120min内可使紫杉醇萃取完全,萃取率达96.5%。结论与传统的乙醇3次提取方法相比,超临界流体萃取法流程简单,步骤少,耗时短,提取率高,无废渣溶剂残留,是一种较好的提取方法。
Objective To study the supercritical - CO2 fluid extraction of taxol from branches and needles of Taxus. Methods A HPLC method was developed for the determination of taxol content in the extracts. Results Taxol could be extracted from branches and needles of Taxus which was grinded to powder at 0.25 -0.45mm in diameter at 27.6KPa and 31℃ when methanol was used as entertainer and absorption liquid. Conclusion Compared with traditional solvent extraction method with alcohol, supereritical - CO2 fluid extraction can improve extraction yield of taxol and protect natural environment because of its less wasted solvent and short time.
