摘要
通过查阅有关文献资料,结合有关理论知识对决定标枪出手速度的相关因素进行研究,使运动员和教练员可以全面、准确的了解各因素对出手速度的影响以及它们之间的相互关系,从而对运动训练起到指导作用。
Through reviewing the relevant documents and combining with theory knowledge, this paper makes study on related factors of deciding the release speed of javelin. The main purpose is to enable the coaches and throwers to understand the relations between the factors and the effects of release speed on training results in order to guide the javelin throw training.
