摘要
在分析和研究掷标枪最后用力技术的基础上,从掷标枪最后用力技术要求的本质出发,对一些有争议的技术环节提出看法,将最后用力技术分为5个阶段:右蹬技术、左蹬技术、"满弓"动作、"鞭打"动作、出手动作。
The javelin throw is exerted oneself at last to involve the sport joint relatively more in skill,one of the key skill relatively difficult to grasp.Teaching exert oneself skill havn't been known well even in training now.For this reason,the author,on the basis of analyzing and study,the essence of exerting oneself the specification requirement from the javelin throw at last set out put forward one's own view and view to some technological links of having the dispute,and divide it into five stage at last at the same time.The aim is for teaching and train consulting reference.
