摘要
本文运用运动生物力学和统计学的研究方法,对女子标枪最后用力一步技术进行运动学分析,进而提供了该技术中部分有关运动学参数标准,对评价运动员的技术、改进和提高教学与训练效果有一定的参考价值。
This study, by using the methods of sports biomechanics andstatistics, made a kinematical analysis on the techniques of thelast exerted step in women's javelin, further provided the standardof the kinematical parameters related to the said techniques. There-fore, it had reference value for evaluating athletes' performance,improving and raising the results of teaching and training.
