摘要
目的:观察山楂多糖对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:通过对小鼠负重游泳试验、小鼠常压耐缺氧试验及小鼠非负重游泳后血清尿素氮、肝糖原、血乳酸的含量测定,观察山楂多糖的抗疲劳作用。结果:山楂多糖能增加小鼠负重游泳时间,增加小鼠缺氧耐力,降低小鼠血清尿素氮、血乳酸的含量,提高肝糖原含量。结论:山楂多糖对小鼠具有显著抗疲劳作用。
Objective:To study the anti-fatigue effect of Hawthorn Polysaccharides. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into a control group and three dosage test groups of Hawthorn Polysaccharide at 30, 100, 300mg/kg respectively. The serum carbamide, hepatic glycogen and blood lactic acid of the mice were determined after the mice with loading swimming, hypoxia endurance and non-loading swimming experiments to observe the anti-fatigue effect of Hawthorn Polysaccharides. Results: Hawthorn Polysaccharides obviously prolonged the time of the loading swimming and increased the hypoxia endurance of the mice and decreased the content of serum carbamide and blood lactic acid and raised the hepatic glycogen of the mice. Conclusion: Hawthorn Polysaccharides has an obvious anti-fatigue effect on the mice.
