摘要
观察滇产粗根荨麻水提取部分对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的治疗作用。用佐剂性大鼠关节炎模型观察不同剂量滇产粗根荨麻水提取部分对佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠足肿胀及关节炎指数改变的影响。滇产粗根荨麻水提取部分（400、200mg／kg）能明显抑制佐剂性关节炎大鼠的足肿胀并能降低其关节炎指数。滇产粗根荨麻水提取部分具有抗大鼠佐剂性关节炎作用。
In present study,the model of adjuvant arthritis in rats was used to observe the therapeutic effect of the aqueous fraction from Urtica macrorrhiza Hand-Mazz on treating adjuvant arthritis. The arthritis index and the paw edema were measured in this experiment. The results showed that compared with adjuvant arthritis group, the aqueous fraction from Urtica macrorrhiza Hand-Mazz at a dose range of 200 mg to 400 mg can significantly relieve the paw edema and decrease the arthritis index. The aqueous fraction of Urtica macrorrhiza Hand-Mazz has a therapeutic effect on adjuvant arthritis in rats.
