摘要
目的 :观察实验模型处理后的病理变化 ,探讨间接炙对类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法 :将牛 型胶原复制成功的大鼠关节炎模型 ,分成间接炙、青霉胺、病理组等三组动物。观察各组动物实验前后的关节指数变化 ,处死后各组踝关节以上关节的滑膜炎症、关节软骨及骨损害等病理变化。结果 :关节指数 ,间接炙组与病理组有显著差异(P<0 .0 5) ;关节炎 ,在 、 级中 ,间接炙组与病理组有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :间接炙与青霉胺对牛 型胶原复制的大鼠关节炎模型有相同的作用 ,能控制滑膜炎症 ,减轻关节软骨和骨的损害。
Objective: To observe pathological changes in experimental models and to investigate the curative effect of indirect moxibustion on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: Rats with experimental arthritis induced by ox Type Ⅱ collagen were divided into indirect moxibustion group, penicillamine group and pathology group. The changes in articular indexes ere observed in each group of rats before and after the experiment. All rats were sacrificed and the pathological changes in inflammation of synovial membrane, articular catrilage and osseous damages were observed. Results: The results showed significant difference in articular indexes (p<0.05) between the pathology group and the indirect moxibustion group and significant difference was found in degree Ⅲ and Ⅳ arthritis between the indirect moxibustion and pathology group (p<0.05). Conclusion: These findings suggest that indirect moxibustion and penicillamine have similar effects on experimental arthritis induced by Type Ⅱ collagen in rats. They can control inflammation of synovial membrane and alleviate damages in articular cartilage and bone.
