摘要
以妇炎康片900,1800mg/kg i.g.(相当于临床剂量的12,24倍)对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应有明显抑制作用;减轻甲醛对小鼠的伤害反应(第二相)及醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加;显著拮抗角叉菜胶所致大鼠关节炎模型的足肿胀,均呈现量效关系方式;体外抑菌实验显示本品高浓度对常见球菌和杆菌有弱的抑制作用.
With Fu Yan Kang of 900, 1 800 mg/kgi. g (equal to clinic dose 12 and 24 double), Fu Yan Kang can obviously inhibit the torsion reaction of mouse produced by acetic acid and reduce harm reaction of mouse produced by formaldehyde and increase mouse abdominal cavity capillary with acetic acid. Fu Yan Kang can obviously antagonize toenail tumefaction of carrageenin producing white rat arthritis model and are dose- effect relationship. Extrinsic experiment shows example of high concentration can inhibit common coccus and bacillus.
