摘要
萝卜红色素是我国《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》(GB2760)允许使用的天然着色剂之一,应用广泛;本文就萝卜红色素的化学研究进展进行了综述。
Radish red is one of the pigments list in Hygienic Standards for Uses of Food Additives （GB 2760）. The pigment of radish red was used widely. The progress in research on the pigment of radish red was reviewed.
