摘要
为了充分利用萝卜红素,介绍了萝卜红素在食品、饮料、日化和纺织等领域的应用,综述了萝卜红素有机溶剂浸提法、微波提取法、大孔树脂吸附法、超临界流体萃取法(SFE)、薄层色谱法、柱层析法和酶工程法等几种提取工艺的研究进展,探讨了萝卜红素今后的发展方向。
In order to make a full use of red radish pigment,the applications of red radish pigment in tood, beverage, and textile were introduced. The extraction technology of red radish pigment was reviewed as the followings:organie solvent extraction, microwave extraction, maeroporous adsorption resin, supereritical fluid extraction (SFE) , thin layer chromatography,column chromalography,and enzyme engineering etc. And the fulure development orientation was discussed as well.
