摘要
为了促进教育公平,提高基础教育整体质量水平,美国政府自2002年正式颁布实施《不让一个儿童落后法案》。该法案的一个重要举措是将高风险标准化测验作为主要标准来衡量学校绩效状况。然而,这一以促进教育公平为出发点的做法却导致了基础教育课程改革的应试教育倾向,成了美国基础教育不公平的又一根源。本文对这一问题产生的背景和原因进行分析,以期对我国课程改革的推进和教育公平的实现有所借鉴。
In order to promote the equity of education, improve the quality of elementary education, American government has implemented the act of "No Children Left Behind" since 2002. The high-stake standardized test, as one of core contents, was the main standard of school achievements accountability, and caused the elementary education curriculum reform appears exam-oriented education tendency. Standardized test becomes an unfair root. It gives us some enlightenment to our country's curriculum reform and education equity.
