摘要 教育公平问题始终是美国教育发展关注的焦点,而个性化学习是实现教育过程公平和结果公平的重要途径。美国62所"个性化学习"特许学校发起联盟,试图通过建构五位一体的个性化学习路径来提高学生的学业水平,在实施过程中呈现出以能力发展为导向、注重整体性和全局性、注重学生个性成长等特点,个性化学习的实施有效地提高了弱势学生的学业成绩,但是也出现了一些问题。美国对弱势学生开展个性化学习的有益尝试,为推动我国西部农村地区弱势学生的教育公平提供了有益的借鉴。 Personalized learning is an important way to achieve the equity of the process and the result.62 American"Personalized Learning"charter schools try to improve students' academic level through five-in-one personalized learning paths. It has many features manifested in the process of implementation,such as the orientation of ability development,the focus on integrity and student individuality growth. Personalized learning has effectively improved the academic performance of disadvantaged students,but there are also some problems. The United States has made a desirable attempt to carry out personalized learning for disadvantaged students,which provides a useful reference for promoting the education equity of disadvantaged students in the rural areas of Western China.
