紫外诱变选育红曲红色素高产菌株的研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了提高红曲红色素产量和质量(红色价高、色调好),以红色素高产菌株紫红曲霉CICC5017为出发菌株,采用紫外诱变,得到高产红曲红色素的M144菌株。利用此突变株进行液态摇瓶发酵和固态发酵,红曲色素红色价与出发菌株相比分别提高了61.90%和45.10%;色调与出发菌株相比分别提高了16.47%和13.04%。经十次传代稳定性实验,液态摇瓶发酵和固态发酵红曲红色素色价分别稳定在175U/mL和1500U/g,色调分别稳定在0.99和1.04,结果表明该菌株具有较好的遗传稳定性。 In an attempt to search for strains for high quantity and good quality pigments (high red value and good colors tone), M. purpureus CICC5017 is the variant strain of M144 with the ability of high-yielding Monascus red pigments obtained through ultra-violet mutation radia tion treatments. Through ten generations Stability experiments, the Monascus pigments red value in liquid fermentation and solid-state fermen tation were stabilized at 175U/ml and 1500u/g separately, colors tone were stabilized at 0.99 and 1.04 separately, The results proved that M144 has steady transmissibility and its red value are 61.90 percent and 45.10 percent separately, colors tone are 16.47 percent and 13,04 percent separately higher than that of M. purpureus CICC5017 in liquid fermentation and solid-state fermentation
