摘要
研究了菌株紫红曲霉No.1-18-54液态发酵产红色素的培养基配方,通过对比试验和正交试验,其最佳液体培养基配方为大米粉9%、硝酸钠0.2%、磷酸二氢钾0.1%、硫酸镁0.2%。
The study was made to determine the optimal submerged fermentation culture medium for the yield of red pigment. Through comparing and orthogonal experiments, the best culture medium were as follows： rice powder 9%, NaNO3 0.2%, KH2PO4 0.1%, MgSO4 0.2%.
