研究红曲霉发酵液及菌体中色素的提取方法 ,结果表明 :活性炭 (粉状 )吸附法、等电点共沉淀法能较好地提取发酵液中的色素 ;用 60 %乙醇在 60℃下提取
The extract ways of Monascus pigment were studied.The result indicated that the optimum extraction process of the mycelium intercellular pigment were:extracted 60min at 60℃ with 60% alcohol,the oprimum extraction ways of pigment in culture fluid were active-carbon absorb way and isoelectric fractionation.
