摘要
多壁碳纳米管在硫酸介质(pH=1.5)中对酚磺乙胺有显著的电催化作用.在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)存在下,酚磺乙胺溶液与其氧化峰电流在5.0×10^(-8)~1.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)范围呈良好的线性关系,检测限为2.0×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1)(信噪比为3).在同一修饰电极表面和每次重新修饰电极后分别连续测试30次和10次,其氧化峰电流测定的标准偏差分别为2.6%和3.5%,表明修饰电极具有良好的重现性.采用该方法对血清和尿样中酚磺乙胺的含量进行了测定,获得了满意的结果.
A multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) film coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE), featured highly effective catalysis to the electrochemical oxidation of ethamsylate in H2SO4 (pH=1.5). And the addition of surfactant cetyhrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) can further enhance anodic peak current of ethamsylate. Under optimal conditions, a good linear relationship between anodic peak current and ethamsylate concentration was obtained in the range of 5.0 × 10^-8- 1.0 × 10-5 mol·L^-1 with the detection limit of 2.0 10^-8 mol·L^-1 (S/N= 3). The responses of repeated measurements at the identical and the renewed surface of the MWCNTs/GCE were examined with relative standard deviation of 2.6% (n= 30) and 3.5 % (n= 10), respectively, indicating that the chemically modified electrode showed excellent reproducibility. The proposed method has been used to determine ethamsylate concentration in biological fluids with satisfactory results.
