摘要
采用邻二氮菲作显色剂间接分光光度测定片剂和针剂中维生素C的含量。在酸性介质中铁(Ⅲ)被维生素C定量还生成铁(Ⅱ),二价铁可与邻二氮菲作用生成橙红色配位化合物,此配位化合物最大吸收波长510 nm,且浓度与吸光度成正比。本法以标准铁溶液代替标准维生素C溶液,无需对维生素C进行纯制和标定,此方法所用仪器普通,具有简单、快速、灵敏度高的特点。
An indirect spectrophotometric method for the determination of vitamin C in table and injection was reported,using 1,10-phenanthrooline as chromogenic reagent. In acid medium,iron( Ⅲ) was quantitatively reduced to yield iron( Ⅱ) by vitamin C,and the latter reacted with 1,10-phenanthroline to yield an orange-red complex compound.The orange-red species had an maximum absorption wavelength at 510 nm,and the concentration of the orange-red species was proportional to the absorbance. In this method,the standard vitamin C solution was replaced by the standard iron( Ⅲ) solution,so purification and standardization of vitamin C were not required. The instrument was common. The method has the advantages of simple,rapid and high sensitivity.
