摘要
建立了用β-环糊精包被双酚A,使荧光强度增强,从而定量检测食品包装材料中双酚A含量的方法。在pH=4,波长λex/λem=282/318nm时,检出限为0.2μg/L,线性范围为1—10μg/L,回收率为98%~102%。本法检测灵敏、准确、快速简便。
A new method was developed for the direct determination of bisphenol A in packaging materials in the presence of β-CD by fluorescence spectrophotometry. Experimental results revealed that the enhanced fluorescence was due to the inclusion complex formed between bisphenol A and β-CD. The linear range was 1 -10μg/L with a detection limit of 0.2μg/L at λex/λem = 282/318 nm( pH = 4). The recovery range was 98% - 102% . The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It has been applied to the determination of bisphenol A in food packaging materials with satisfactory results.
