摘要 目的 建立输配水材料中双酚A的测定方法,并测定饮水输配水材料中双酚A含量.方法 用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC/MS/MS)的方法,选择最佳的仪器条件,对30种输配水材料进行测定.结果 双酚A在0~100 ng/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),检出限为5μg/kg,回收率在90%~99%之间,RSD在1.8%~5.0%之间.在检测的30个样品中,检出含有双酚A的样品有9个,检出率为30%;离子交换树脂双酚A含量高达1.82 mg/kg.结论 本实验所建立的方法快速、灵敏(检出限达5μg/kg),选择性好,结果准确可靠. Objective To develop methods for the determination of bisphenol A in drinking water system components.Methods 30 samples were quantitatively analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC/MS/MS).Results The linear range of Bisphenol A was 0-100 ng/ml and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 4,the detection limit was 5 μg/kg,the recovery rate was 90%-99%,and relative standard deviation was 1.8%-5.0%.Bisphenol A was detected in nine out of thirty samples,the detection rate was 30% and the maximum value was 1.82 mg/kg.Conclusion The method is rapid,sensitive and accurate.
