摘要
教师道德修养,在其道德品质形成和发展中具有决定意义。加强职业道德修养是高校教师永恒的课题。本文从高校教师职业道德修养的内涵和特征出发,在借鉴我国优秀传统道德文化的基础上,论述了高校教师职业道德修养的方法。
Teachers＇vocatinal ethics is crucial for their morality fostering and development. Fostering vocational ethics is an eternal subject of college teachers. Based on the intension and characteristics of college teachers＇vocational ethics, refering to Chinese excellent traditional moral culture, the method to foster college teachers＇vocational ethics is elaborated.
