摘要
道德的本质是一种个体价值选择基础上的自愿行为,理解是个体道德发生的基础,自尊是道德生长的起点。因此道德的生成是一个主体性逐步全面生成的过程。主体在产生严格意义上的道德之前,已经存在着前道德素质,它实际在孕育着道德胚芽。对未成熟主体应该更加重视前道德素质的培养。在分析前道德素质的情感因素占重要地位;他律走向自律;从对物的了解逐渐走向对人的理解的三个特点基础上,提出了引导未成熟主体道德学习的八项基本原则。
Morality in essence is a kind of individual voluntary behavior based on values choice, with understanding as the basis of moral conducts, self-respect as the starting point of morality growth. Therefore, the development of morality is a process of the gradual generation of subjectivity. Before morality in a strict sense comes into being, a pre-morality quality has already existed, which is actually the morality embryo. The development of young persons' moral quality should be attached importance to. Eight principles leading young persons in morality learning are put forward, based on following analysis. 1. emotional factor plays an important part; 2. from external restrain to self-discipline; 3. from the understanding of things to the understanding of people.
