摘要
教师职业道德修养是教师从事教育事业必备的修养之一。加强教师职业道德修养不仅是国家教育事业发展的需要,也是学生茁壮成长以及教师自身发展的需求。鉴于教师职业道德修养的重要性,有必要深入挖掘教师职业道德修养的内容,使广大教师深刻认识师德修养,并努力提高个人师德修养,以便更好完成时代赋予教师的教育任务。
Teachers'professional ethics cultivation is one of the necessary moral cultivations for teachers to engage in education.Strengthening teachers'professional ethics is not only a requirement for the development of national education,but also a requirement for students to thrive and teachers'own development.In view of the importance of teachers'professional ethics cultivation,it is necessary to dig deep into the content of teachers'professional ethics cultivation,so that the majority of teachers have a deep understanding of teacher ethics cultivation,and strive to improve personal ethics cultivation in order to better complete the educational tasks given to teachers by the times.
