摘要
建立了配气机构单自由度动力学模型,并用N次谐波凸轮法拟合了凸轮升程,采用龙格-库塔求解动力学微分方程,并进行了实例验证,得到了某型号配气机构气门的升程、速度、加速度,计算结果表明该机构运行良好,没有出现传动链脱离和气门落座反跳现象。
In the paper,a dynamic model with single degree of freedom has been built for the valve train. The lifting curve of cam is fitted by Nth-degree harmonics cam method, and the differential equation of dynamics is solved by Runge-Kutta method. By simulating an instance,the lift height,speed and acceleration of valve of an engine are gained ,the results show the valve train works well.
