摘要
借助模拟计算与试验测试手段,对凸轮轴与摇臂滚子之间的接触应力进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,通过直接测量摇臂上的应力来间接计算摇臂滚子与凸轮轴的接触应力是可行的,该方法计算出的摇臂滚子接触应力可以作为材料强度判断标准。
The contact stress between camshaft and rocker arm roller is experimentally studied by means of simulation and test.The results show that it is feasible to calculate the contact stress of rocker arm roller and camshaft indirectly by measuring the stress on rocker arm directly,and the contact stress of rocker arm roller calculated by this method can be used as the criterion for judging the material strength.
