摘要
以医院激励机制的构建为重点,以激励理论的对比研究为前提,首先分析了医院作为知识员工的医务人员特征,然后根据激励要素和医院激励机制应遵循的原则、策略,提出医院构建新型的激励机制的6W模式。
This article focused on how to establish multidimensional incentive mechanism in hospital. Based on incentive theory, characteristics of medical employees in hospital were analyzed. Followed by the rules of incentive mechanism construction, the 6W model of new-style incentive mechanism in hospital was proposed.
