摘要
采用异丙醇和甲醇的混合溶液对应用于化妆品行业的丙烯酰胺交联共聚物乳液中残留单体丙烯酰胺(AM)进行提取,得到较佳提取方案为:V(甲醇):V(异丙醇)=1:1,超声30rain。并利用高效液相色谱对提取液中的AM进行测定,得出色谱条件为:流动相V(甲醇):V(水):4:96,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长220nm。在此色谱条件下测试回收率为99.02%-99.62%,相对标准偏差为1.44%。
A method was developed for extraction and determination of residual acrylamide (AM) monomer from the inverse emulsion of crosslinked copolymer of acrylamide used in cosmetics. Experimental result of extraction showed that, the suitable conditions are: ratio of V(isopropyl alcohol) : V( methanol) = 1 : 1 and ultrasonic treatment time 30 rain. The AM content was determination by HLPC, and the operating conditions are as follows: mobile phase V(MeOH) : V(H2O) = 4:96, flow rate 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength 220 nm. The recovery of sample achieves 99.02 % - 99.62 % and the relative standard deviation achieves 1.44 %.
