摘要
应用高效液相色谱法对各类固体粉末聚丙烯酰胺中残留单体丙烯酰胺进行快速、实用、简单的检测 .色谱条件为色谱柱SimadazuODS (4.6mm× 1 5mm) ,流动相V(MeOH)∶V(H2 O) =96∶4 ,流速为 0 .9ml·min- 1 ,检测波长为 2 0 5nm .试验结果表明该方法线性范围宽 ,检测限低 ,方法的平均回收率达 95 .3 % ,并适用于聚丙烯酰胺絮凝处理过的水中单体的分析测定 .
A quick, practical and simple method for determination of acrylamide (AM) in polyacrylamide (PAM) by HPLC was presented in this paper. AM from PAM was analysed with a column of Simadazu ODS (15 mm×4.6 mm), mobile phase of V (MeOH)∶ V (H 2O)=96∶4, flow rate of 0.9 ml·min -1 and detection at 205 nm. The experiment expressed that AM from PAM could be qualitatively and quantitatively determined with low limits and wide detection range. The average recovery was as high as 95.3%. The method could be widely applied to the measurement of acrylamide in water treatment and other polyacrylamide-related industries.
