摘要
目的建立墨旱莲中木樨草素的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(50∶50),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为352nm。结果不同产地墨旱莲药材、饮片的木樨草素含量范围为0.039%～0.339%。结论测定方法简便、可靠。
Objective To establish a determination method of luteolin in Eclipta prostrata L.. Methods C18 column was used with the mobile phase of the mixture of methanol and 0. 4% phosphoric acid （50 ： 50） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength at 352 nm, The column temperature was room temperature. Results The content of luteolin was from 0. 039% to 0. 339%,in different producing area. Conclusion This method appeares to be simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive.
