摘要 提高电能质量综合评估结果的客观性、准确性,可以为用户选择用电服务提供依据。本文结合了层次分析法(AHP)、熵和模糊数学的方法对电能质量进行综合评估。该方法首先通过构造层次分析法中的判断矩阵,得到主观权值;再利用熵权的方法对主观权值进行修正,得到可变的综合权值;最后运用模糊综合评判的方法对公共连接点(PCC)的电能质量进行综合评估,得到电能质量的等级和电能质量因子。实例结果表明,该方法能较客观、准确地评估电能质量等级。 Improving the objectivity and the veracity of power quality synthetic evaluation's result is available for reference to the consumers in choosing the power supplierso Combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),the entropy with the fuzzy mathematics,a method of power quality synthetic evaluation is proposedo At first the subjective weights are obtained by constructing the judgment matrix of AHP;then by means of the entropy weight the changeable synthetic weights are formed;at last power quality at the point of common coupling(PCC) is evaluated by the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method and the power quality level and the power quality factor are obtainedo The result indicates that this method can obtain a quite objective and exact power quality level.
