摘要
旨在对电力客户的能效状态进行有效评估,通过管理和技术手段实现输配用电环节的节能降耗。运用系统工程的分析方法,建立了电力客户综合能效评估指标体系,通过G1组群判断法和熵权法,建立递阶综合评估模型,分析评估结果可以有效针对企业能效薄弱环节,制定科学节能方案,充分挖掘节能潜力。结果表明,该方法计算快捷,可靠性高,具有较强的实用性。
This paper aims to assess the state of energy efficiency during power customer.It adapts management and technology to realize energy saving of electricity transmission and distribution aspects.Through the use of engineering analysis methods,a power customers comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation system is set up.A hierarchical comprehensive evaluation assessment model is proposed based on G1 group judging and entropy method.Analyzing assessment results can effectively improve efficiency of enterprise.Development of science and energy conservation programs is to fully tap the energy saving potential.The result has been proven to be a fast method with high reliability and much practicability.
